CrossFit Fitness Revolution


OBJECTIVES

Since the beginning, purpose of Crossfit has been the access to an ample, general and complete fitness'offer.
Our intention is to create a programm bringing the best training to those who want to train themselves for physical unforeseen events ; not only in order to prepare them for the unknown but also for the unexpected events.
Throught the physical activities' observation united to the sporting activities observation, we wondered what physical exercises and which adaptations would permit to reach the more favourable performances.
Yield added to the intersection of all the sporting requirements logically suits all sports.

To sum up, our speciality isn't the specialisation.

bjective of Crossfit is, generally speacking, to put oneself in the best possible physical conditions. Crossfit is destined to people who desires improving their genaral physical potential. It is also destined to those who wishes for sculpting and invigorating their musculature.

Crossfit is adapted to the actually way of life with, as purpose to make easier individuals' organisation as for their work' s timetable and their familial situation.
« Crossfitters » make their training's sessions together to compare each others in a competition's spirit and in order to be able, in this way, overpassing their own limits..

The advantage is avoiding at all price to be bored with differents exercises practice.
Movements and weights adjust in accordance with physical capacities of everyone offering, in this way, a favourable environment to every one's progresses.
Crossfit is a state of mind, a way of life having for objective to get the best possible physical conditions.

Because we all have similar physical needs but at different levels :

« IslaBlanca Crossfit » is the first Crossfit Box launches in Ibiza.


At IslaBlanca Crossfit we have Crossfit graduate coaches who are the best in their specialities and are in constant development and training.

IslaBlanca Crossfit isn't a traditional gymnasium, here you don't pay for rental of machinery.

All our workouts are directed by one of our coaches particularly taking care that the technique carried out is correct and that the movements are adapted and sure.

They aren't only out of the ordianry athletes, they are also committed professionals with objectives of physical and personal development of each of our athletes of the different classes, being sure and demanding.

A coaching that you simply will not find in another gymnasium.


The training sessions are systematically supervised by Crossfit graduate coaches.

We sincerely believe that every human being has an enormous potential waiting to be developed and that each one merits the best possible instruction. It's the reason why we are fully committed to our athletes.

We integrate several areas of interest, specialities and various disciplines.

We plan meticulously each day at IslaBlanca Crossfit. We respect the fact that our athletes work hard to reach their objectives and we prepare each course according to that.

PROGRAMS


WOD

The work out of the day (WOD) is a very important concept of Crossfit, it is the heart of the training.
It consists in undertaking an exercises program (inflexions, pulls, etc....), within a defined and determined time and a number of times.

WOD's particularity is sequence of very varied exercises in which each participant is free to integrate its personalized exercises, this following its objectives and its sensations. Its also exists other WOD which don't have any name, but having only a description of the exercises.

The execution time of each WOD can vary, from only 5 minutes to almost 30 minutes, this without counting warming nor stetching.

The WOD can count between 1, 2 or 3 exercises' groups, this according to the physical area to be developed.

Groups of exercises are divided into : gym's exercises, metabolism conditioning exercises, weight lifting exercices, exercises at the helm, Olympic discs and dumbbells.

OPEN BOX

During the Open Box, you can use our setting up, work your weak points, improve your technique, or if you want you can do the WOD.

Our coaches are always available to help or advice you during your Open Box 's course.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Personalized training is the ideal way to start if you prefer a personalized service, in order to work your weak points, if you had a pre-existing injury or disabilities, or just if you had impediments because of your schedules.

Then you'll be ready for Crossfit groups classes directed by our specialized coaches.
